System Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To create and manage the implementation of company-wide intranet application using web programming language.
- To be responsible for technical design and coding for both new and existing systems.
- To provide technical support to end users.
- To be responsible in the purchasing and sourcing of MIS-related equipment (software and hardware).
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other computer-related degrees.
- Minimum 2 years experience in application programming.
- Possess experience in leading a business process re-engineering using web automation project will be an add-advantage.
- Possess profound technical knowledge & practical experience in:
- - PHP, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, XML, AJAX, LDAP
- - Apache, IIS, MySQL, SQL Server, web administration.
- - Database: MySQL, MS SQL Server.
- - Web application: familiar with installing, configuring CMS, Blog, Forum, etc.
- - Macro script for OpenOffice or Microsoft Office.
- - Experience in Flash Action Scripting or Search Engine marketing would be a strong advantage.
- - Strong knowledge of new or latest technology and be able to gauge suitability to the business needs.
